Many young girls like to use my drawing of a dancing Miriam with a timbrel in her hand on their invitation or on special artwork created to commemorate their becoming a Bat Mitzvah. The Torah portion for Shabbat Naso includes the beautiful Priestly Blessing, which flows along the ribbon in English and Hebrew. I often write the girl's name in Hebrew on the timbrel.
